How do I find the current version of an Albanian law?

The text first adopted and the text that applies today can differ, because laws are changed by other laws. A text that includes all the changes is a consolidated text. Law no. 78/2014 calls it an "updated act": one that reflects all changes in a single integral text.
To find it: (1) find the law by number and date. (2) Check the acts that amend or repeal it. (3) Read the consolidated text. (4) For any legal use, verify at the official source.
On jus.al, each law's page lists the acts that change it, and the consolidated text is available with an account. It is merged automatically, so it can contain errors, and it is not an official publication.
