Privacy policy

Who. jus.al is provided by IT CENTER, a sole trader registered in Albania. Contact: [email protected].

What we keep. Sign-in is with Google only. We store your Google account email and Google's account identifier (sub), your role and approval status. Your Google name is read once, at sign-up, for the approval email, and is not stored. We never ask for your Google password, contacts, files, calendar or mail.

Logs. We keep your searches (text, filters, results shown, which result you opened, and your feedback) with your account for 12 months, to improve search, and administrative actions for 24 months. The server also keeps a technical log of every visit: IP address, time, the address of the page opened and the browser. The page address also shows which act you opened and the words of a search. This log is for seeing who reached the site and for its security, is not tied to your account, and is deleted after 90 days, or sooner when it fills up.

Alerts. On a paid plan, the keywords you write are kept with your account, together with the list of acts already emailed to you, so that none is sent twice. They stay until you remove them or the account is deleted.

Translations and notifications. When you request an act's translation, we keep the act and the account that asked, for the plan's monthly number and to tell you the result. Notifications are kept with your account, also go by email, and are deleted with the account.

Studio plan. An email address the owner of a Studio plan adds is kept from that moment, even if the person has not signed in yet. The owner sees the address and whether the person has signed in. It is deleted when the owner removes it or the owner's account is deleted.

Payments. Subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and stores your name, address, country, card details and invoices under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card number. From Paddle we keep only the subscription and customer identifiers, the plan, its status, the renewal or end date, Paddle's links to update the card or cancel, your Paddle customer email, and each payment's amount, currency and date.

Sharing. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Texts of published acts and court decisions (never account data) are sent to Alibaba Cloud and Google Gemini for machine translation. Questions you ask the assistant are sent to Google Gemini to be answered. Every visit passes through Cloudflare, which protects the site and sees your IP address and the request, under its own privacy policy.

Cookies. legis_session keeps you signed in for 14 days. legis_oauth lasts a few minutes during Google sign-in. jus_lang and jus_theme keep your chosen language and light or dark view for a year. Paddle's checkout sets its own cookies when it opens. No advertising cookies.

Your rights. Write to us from your account email to see, correct or delete your data. Deleting the account removes your email, Google identifier, sessions and subscription records. Your past searches stay without the account. Your Paddle customer email and payment records (amount, currency, date) stay, for accounting.
