Refund policy

Free trial. Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged.

14-day refund. If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment, monthly or yearly, and you get the full amount back. No reason needed.

How. Write to [email protected] from your account email, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

After 14 days. You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. The rest of that period is not refunded, unless the law requires it.
