Terms of service

The service. jus.al (“Legjislacioni dhe Vendime të Gj.K dhe Gj.L”) lets you search copies of acts published by Albania's Official Publications Centre, the courts and public consultations. It is provided by IT CENTER, a sole trader registered in Albania.

Accounts. Sign-in is with a Google account only. A free account opens search only after an administrator approves it. A paid plan, trial included, opens the account at once. Approval may be refused or withdrawn, and we may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Not an official publication. Texts are copies extracted from the publications and may contain errors. The official text is the one published by the institution. The service is not legal advice. English titles and texts are unofficial machine translations.

Acceptable use. You may not bypass sign-in or access controls, scrape the service with automated tools without permission, or present these copies as the Official Journal or as a publication of the institution.

Plans and payment. Besides the free plan, the service is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription at the prices on the pricing page. Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. After it, the subscription is charged at the start of each period and renews automatically until cancelled.

Studio users. A Studio plan covers up to 5 Google accounts: its owner and the people the owner adds on the Plans page. They have the plan while the owner's subscription is active, and lose it when the owner removes them or the subscription ends.

Paddle. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Cancellation and refunds. You can cancel at any time from the Plans page, and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment, as set out in our refund policy. If a price changes, we email you at least 30 days before you are charged the new price.

Liability. The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the copies shown, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Privacy and changes. Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy. These terms may change. The date at the top shows the current version. Questions: [email protected].
