Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 81 pika 1, 83 pika 1 dhe 121 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,

VENDOSI:

Neni 1

Ratifikohet “Marrëveshja ndërmjet Qeverisë së Republikës të Shqipërisë dhe Qeverisë së Republikës Popullore të Kinës për shndërrimin në kredi qeveritare të saldos së kleringut, në favor të Kinës, rezultuar nga zbatimi i marrëveshjeve qeveritare të shkëmbimit të mallrave e pagesave dhe të kredisë në mallra, të vitit 1991”.

Neni 2

Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.

Shpallur me dekretin nr. 3501, datë 16.10.2002 të Presidentit të Republikës së Shqipërisë,
