Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 81 pika 1 dhe 83 pika 1 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit
të Ministrave,

I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOS I:
Neni 1
Në ligjin nr. 8637, datë 6.7.2000 “Për Policinë Elektrike” fjalët “Ministria e Ekonomisë
Publike dhe Privatizimit” zëvendë sohen me fjalët “Ministria për gjegjëse për sektorin
elektroenergjetik”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
