PËR NJË NDRYSHIM NË LIGJIN NR.8734, DATË 1.2.2001 “PËR GARANTIMIN E
SIGURISË SË PUNËS TË PAJISJEVE DHE TË INSTALIMEVE ELEKTRIKE”
Në mbështetje të neneve 78 dhe 83 pika 1 të Kushtetutës, me pro pozimin e Këshillit të
Ministrave,

I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOS I:
Neni 1
Në ligjin nr.8734, datë 1.2.2001 “Për garantimin e sigurisë së punës të pajisjeve dhe të
instalimeve elektrike”, fjalët “Ministria e Ekonomisë Publike dhe Privatizimit” zëvendësohen me
“ministria përgjegjëse për sektorin elektroenergjetik”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
