të Ministrave,

VENDOS I:
Neni 1
Në ligjin nr.8739, datë 12.2.2001 “Për garantimin e sigurisë së punë s të pajisjeve nën
presion”, fjalët “Ministria e Ekonomisë Publike dhe Privatizimit” zëvendësohen me fjalët “Ministria
përgjegjëse për industrinë”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
