PËR DISA SHTESA NË LIGJIN NR.7973, DATË 26.7.1995 "PËR KONCESIONET DHE
PJESËMARRJEN E SEKTORIT PRIVAT NË SHËRBIMET PUBLIKE DHE
INFRASTRUKTURË", I NDRYSHUAR
Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 81 pika 1 dhe 83 pika 1 të Kushtetu tës, me propozimin e Këshillit të
Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOS I:
Në ligjin nr.7973, datë 26.7.1995 "Për koncesionet dhe pjesëmar rjen e sektorit privat në shërbimet
publike dhe infrastrukturë", i ndryshuar, bëhen shtesat si më poshtë:
Neni 1
Në nenin 3, pas pikës 9 shtohet pika 10 me këtë përmbajtje:
"10. Mjediset sportive".
Neni 2
Në rreshtin e dytë të paragrafit të parë të nenit 4, pas pikave 2, 3, 4, 7, 8 dhe 9 shtohet dhe pika 10.
Neni 3
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
