PËR DISA NDRYSHIME NË LIGJIN NR.8653, DATË 31.7.2000 "PËR NDARJEN
ADMINISTRATIVO-TERRITORIALE TË NJËSIVE TË QEVERISJES VENDORE NË
REPUBLIKËN E SHQIPËRISË"
Në mbështetje të neneve 83 pika 1 dhe 108 pika 2 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të
Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOS I:
Në ligjin nr.8653, datë 31.7.2000 "Për ndarjen administrativo-territoriale të njësive të
qeverisjes vendore në Republikën e Shqipërisë", bëhen këto ndryshime:
Neni 1
Pika 2 e nenit 1 ndryshohet si më poshtë:
"2. Komuna……………………….. 308."
Neni 2
Pasqyra X "Qarku Shkodër" zëvendësohet me pasqyrën X, "Qarku Shkodër", që i bashkëlidhet
këtij ligji.
Neni 3
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
