Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83 dhe 121, pika 1, të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të
Ministrave,

VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Ratifikohet marrëveshja ndërmjet Republikës së Shqipërisë dhe Organizatës Ndërkombëtare të
Policisë Kriminale - INTERPOL mbi privilegjet dhe imunitetet për Konferencën e 51-të Rajonale
Evropiane, që do të mbahet në Shqipëri në vitin 2024, sipas tekstit që i bashkëlidhet këtij ligji dhe është
pjesë përbërëse e tij.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
Miratuar në datën 16.5.2024.
