Neni 1
Në ligjin nr.8553, datë 25.11.1999 "Për Policinë e Shtetit ", i ndryshuar, në nenin 12 pikat 2
dhe 3 shfuqizohen.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
