Neni 1
Në nenin 10, paragrafi i tretë, fjalia “Punonjësit e SHIK-ut gëzojnë statusin e ushtarakut”
zëvendësohet me fjalinë “Punonjësit e SHISH-it gëzojnë statusin e tyre”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
