PËR NJË NDRYSHIM NË LIGJIN NR.7943, DATË 1.6.1995 “PËR PENSIONET
SUPLEMENTARE DHE INSTITUTET PRIVATE TË PENSIONEVE”, TË NDRYSHUAR
Në mbështetje të neneve 78 dhe 83 pika 1 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOS I:
Neni 1
Në ligjin nr.7943, datë 1.6.1995 “Për pensionet suplementare dhe institutet private të pensioneve”,
të ndryshuar, pika 5 e nenit 1 “Përkufizime” ndryshohet si më poshtë:
“5. Me termin “Inspektorat” kuptohet një strukturë pranë Ministrisë së Financave.”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
