Në mbështetje të neneve 78 dhe 83 pika 1 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOS I:
Neni 1
Në ligjin nr.7918, datë 13.4.1995 “Për miratimin me ndryshime të dekretit nr.1030, datë 23.2.1995
“Për emetimin dhe shpërndarjen e bonove të privatizimit (lekëve të privatizimit)” dhe dekretit nr.1049, datë
27.3.1995 “Për disa plotësime në dekretin nr.1030, datë 23.2.1995””, të ndryshuar, fjalia e fundit e nenit 3
ndryshohet si më poshtë:
“Afati i përdorimit të bonove dhe lekëve të privatizimit është deri më 31.12.2010.”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
