PËR NJË NDRYSHIM NË LIGJIN NR.9314, DATË 11.11.2004 “PËR PRIVATIZIMIN E
AKSIONEVE, PRONË E SHTETIT SHQIPTAR, TË BANKËS SË BASHKUAR TË
SHQIPËRISË”
Në mbështetje të neneve 78 dhe 83 pika 1 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të
Ministrave,

I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOS I:
Neni 1
Në ligjin nr.9314, datë 11.11.2004 “Për privatizimin e aksioneve, pronë e shtetit shqiptar, të
Bankës së Bashkuar të Shqipërisë”, bëhet ky ndryshim:
Në nenin 4 pika 1 rreshti i dytë fjalët “brenda 12 muajve nga data e hyrjes në fuqi të këtij ligji”
zëvendësohen me fjalët “brenda datës 31.12.2006.”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
