PËR DISA NDRYSHIME NË LIGJIN NR. 9355, DATË 10.3.2005 “PËR NDIHMËN DHE
SHËRBIMET SHOQËRORE”
Në mbështetje të neneve 78 dhe 83 pika 1 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e një grupi deputetësh,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOS I:
Në ligjin nr.9355, datë 10.3.2005 “Për ndihmën dhe shërbimet shoqërore”, bëhen këto ndryshime:
Neni 1
Në nenin 4 pika 13 hiqet fjala “të verbërit”.
Neni 2
Pika 1 e nenit 7 shfuqizohet.
Neni 3
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
