“PËR PROKURIMIN PUBLIK”, TË NDRYSHUAR
Në mbështetje të neneve 78 dhe 83 pika 1 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të
Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Pas shkronjës “b” të nenit 3 të ligjit nr.7971, datë 26.7.1995 “Për prokurimin publik”, të
ndryshuar, shtohet shkronja “c” me këtë përmbajtje:
“c) Procedurat e këtij ligji nuk zbatohen për prokurimin e shkëmbimit e të shitjes së energjisë
elektrike te furnizuesit, vendas e të huaj.”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
