Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83 pika 1 dhe 155 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të
Ministrave,

I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Në ligjin nr.7928, datë 27.4.1995 “Për tatimin mbi vlerën e shtuar”, të ndryshuar, bëhet ky
ndryshim:
Neni 1
Në shkronjën “a” të nenit 25/1 dhe në paragrafin e katërt të nenit 26/1, emërtimi “Agjencia
Kombëtare e Hidrokarbureve” zëvendësohet me emërtimin “Agjencia Kombëtare e Burimeve
Natyrore”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
