Në mbështetje të neneve 78 e 83 pika 1 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të
Ministrave,

I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOS I:
Në ligjin nr.7632, datë 4.11.1992 “Për dispozitat që rregullojnë pjesën e parë të Kodit
Tregtar”, bëhet ky ndryshim:
Neni 1
Nenet 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 e 25 shfuqizohen.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
