Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83 pika 1 dhe 121 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,

VENDOSI:

Neni 1

Ratifikohet “Marrëveshja Istisna’a ndërmjet Këshillit të Ministrave të Republikës së Shqipërisë dhe Bankës Islamike për Zhvillim për ndërtimin e seksionit rrugor Kalimash - Rexhepaj, pjesë e projektit rrugor Durrës-Morinë” dhe “Marrëveshjes së Agjencisë ndërmjet Këshillit të Ministrave të Republikës së Shqipërisë dhe Bankës Islamike për Zhvillim për këtë projekt, që i bashkëlidhet Marrëveshjes Instisna’a”.

Neni 2

Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
