VENDOSI:
Në ligjin nr.8990, datë 23.1.2003 “Për vlerësimin e ndikimit në mjedis”, bëhet ndryshimi si
më poshtë:
Neni 1
Në nenin 15, pika 3 shfuqizohet.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
