BASHKËPUNUES PËR MONITORIMIN E VLERËSIMIN E TRANSMETIMIT NË
RREZE TË GJATË TË NDOTËSVE TË AJRIT NË EUROPË (EMEP)
Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83 pika 1 dhe 121 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit
të Ministrave,

I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Republika e Shqipërisë aderon në protokollin e konventës së vitit 1979 “Për ndotjen
ndërkufitare të ajrit në rreze të gjatë”, për financimin afatgj atë të programit bashkëpunues për
monitorimin e vlerësimin e transmetimit në rreze të gjatë të ndotësve të ajrit në Europë (EMEP).
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
