KANË MARRË HUA NGA PUBLIKU I GJERË”, TË NDRYSHUAR
Në mbështetje të neneve 78 dhe 83 pika 1 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të
Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Në fund të pikës 9.1 të nenit 9 të ligjit nr.8386, datë 30.7.1998 “Për mënyrën dhe procedurat e
shitjes së pronave të personave juridikë jobankarë që kanë marrë hua nga publiku i gjerë”, të
ndryshuar, hiqen fjalët “vetëm kur hapet ankandi”.
Neni 2
Çdo ligj apo akt nënligjor, që bie në kundërshtim me këtë ligj, shfuqizohet.
Neni 3
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
