REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË DHE QEVERISË SË SHTETEVE TË BASHKUARA TË
AMERIKËS “PËR QEVERISJE TË DREJTË DHE DEMOKRATIKE, INVESTIMIN NË
NJERËZ DHE RRITJEN EKONOMIKE”
Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83 pika 1 dhe 121 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të
Ministrave,

I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Ratifikohet dokumenti i amendimit numër një i marrëveshjes së ndihmës ndërmjet Këshillit të
Ministrave të Republikës së Shqipërisë dhe Qeverisë së Shteteve të Bashkuara të Amerikës “Për
qeverisje të drejtë dhe demokratike, investimin në njerëz dhe rritjen ekonomike”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
Shpallur me dekretin nr.7165, datë 24.11.2011 të Presidentit të Republikës së Shqipërisë,
