Në mbështetje të neneve 78 dhe 83 pika 1 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Në fund të pikës 1 të nenit 9 të ligjit nr. 9180, datë 5.2.2004 “Për statistikat zyrtare”, pas fjalëve
“person juridik publik” shtohen fjalët “në varësi të Kryeministrit”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
