PËR NJË NDRYSHIM NË LIGJIN NR. 8457, DATË 11.2.1999 “PËR INFORMACIONIN E
KLASIFIKUAR “SEKRET SHTETËROR””, TË NDRYSHUAR
Në mbështetje të neneve 78 dhe 83 pika 1 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Në ligjin nr. 8457, datë 11.2.1999 “Për informacionin e klasifikuar “sekret shtetëror””, të ndryshuar,
në fund të paragrafit të parë, fjalët “pranë Këshillit të Ministrave” zëvendësohen me fjalët “si institucion në
varësi të Kryeministrit”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.

Shpallur me dekretin nr. 7369, datë 5.4.2012 të Presidentit të Republikës së Shqipërisë, Bamir
