THJESHTIMIN DHE HARMONIZIMIN E PROCEDURAVE DOGANORE”, BËRË NË KYOTO MË
18 MAJ 1973 (E NDRYSHUAR)
Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83 pika 1 dhe 121 pika 1 të Kushtetutës , me propozimin e Këshillit të
Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Republika e Shqipërisë aderon në konventën ndërkombëtare “Për thjeshtimin dhe harmonizimin e
procedurave doganore”, bërë në Kyoto më 18 maj 1973 (e ndryshuar).
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
Miratuar në datën 5.4.2012
Shpallur me dekretin nr. 7408, datë 23.4.2012 të Presidentit të Republikës së Shqipërisë, Bamir
