PUNËS TË PAJISJEVE NËN PRESION”, TË NDRYSHUAR
Në mbështetje të neneve 78 dhe 83 pika 1 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Ligji nr. 8739, datë 12.2.2001 “Për garantimin e sigurisë së punës të pajisjeve nën presion”, të
ndryshuar, shfuqizohet.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
