Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83 pika 1 dhe 121 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të
Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Ratifikohet marrëveshja e huas, financimit dhe projektit ndërm jet Republikës së
Shqipërisë, të përfaqësuar nga Ministria e Financave, e Shoqatës Rajonale për Menaxhimin e Mbetjeve të
Ngurta në K o r ç ë ( KRWM ) dhe K f W Frankfurt am Main për financimin e projektit “ Menaxhimi i
mbetjeve të ngurta në Shqipërinë Juglindore”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
