“PËR PLANIFIKIMIN E TERRITORIT”, TË NDRYSHUAR
Në mbështetje të neneve 78 dhe 83 pika 1 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,

I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Në ligjin nr. 10 119, datë 23.4.2009 “Për planifikimin e territorit”, të ndryshuar, bëhen këto shtesa dhe ndryshime:
Neni 1
Në nenin 3, pas pikës 2 shtohet paragrafi me këtë përmbajtje:
“Instrumentet e planifikimit janë qendrore dhe vendore. Instrumentet e planifikimit vendor ndahen në:
a) instrumente të përgjithshme vendore;
b) instrumente të detajuara vendore.”.
Neni 2
Në nenin 8 pika 2 shkronja “c”, fjalët “instrumentit vendor” zëvendësohen me fjalët “instrumentit të përgjithshëm vendor”.
Neni 3
Në nenin 27, pika 1 ndryshohet si më poshtë:
