IDENTITETIT DHE TË PASAPORTAVE ELEKTRONIKE” NDËRMJET MINISTRISË SË
BRENDSHME TË REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË DHE GRUPIMIT TË MORPHO DHE
FONDIT SHQIPTARO-AMERIKAN TË NDËRMARRJEVE
Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83 pika 1 dhe 121 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit
të Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Ratifikohet kontrata për zgjatjen dhe përmirësimet e kontratës së koncesionit “Për prodhimin dhe
shpërndarjen e kartave të identitetit dhe pasaportave elektroni ke” ndërmjet Ministrisë së Brendshme të
Republikës së Shqipërisë dhe Grupimit Morpho dhe Fondit Shqipta ro-Amerikan të Ndërmarrjeve, sipas
tekstit që i bashkëlidhet këtij ligji.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
