23.2.1995””, TË NDRYSHUAR
Në mbështetje të neneve 78 dhe 83 pika 1 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Fjalia e fundit e nenit 3 të ligjit nr. 7918, datë 13.4.1995 “Për miratimin me ndryshime të dekretit
nr. 1030, datë 23.2.1995 “Për emetimin dhe shpërndarjen e bonove të privatizimit (lekë të privatizimit)”
dhe të dekretit nr. 1049, datë 27.3.1995 “Për disa plotësime në dekretin nr. 1030, datë
23.2.1995””, të ndryshuar, ndryshohet si më poshtë:
“Afati i përdorimit të bonove dhe lekëve të privatizimit është deri më 31.12.2014.”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
