Në mbështetje të neneve 78 dhe 83, pika 1, të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e një grupi deputetësh,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Në ligjin nr. 8580, datë 17.2.2000, “Për partitë politike”, të ndryshuar, bëhet shtesa si më poshtë:
Neni 1
Në nenin 19, shkronja “b”, rreshti i dytë, pas fjalëve “partive parlamentare” shtohen fjalët “dhe partive që
kanë marrë mbi 10 mijë vota në zgjedhjet e fundit parlamentare”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
