Në mbështetje të neneve 81, pikat 1 dhe 2, 83, pika 1, dhe 161, të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e
një grupi deputetësh,

VENDOSI:
Në ligjin nr. 8269, datë 23.12.1997, “Për Bankën e Shqipërisë”, të ndryshuar, bëhet ndryshimi si
më poshtë:
Neni 1
Në nenin 44, pika 3, fjalët “shtetas i Republikës së Shqipërisë” shfuqizohen.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
