Në mbështetje të neneve 78 dhe 83, pika 1, të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të
Ministrave,

I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Ligji nr. 10 168, datë 22.10.2009, “Për përcaktimin e formës dhe formulës së privatizimit të
“INSIG” sh.a.”, të ndryshuar, si dhe çdo akt i nxjerrë në zbatim të tij, shfuqizohet.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
