Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83, pika 1, dhe 121, pika 1, të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Ratifikohet marrëveshja e financimit dhe projektit ndërmjet Republikës së Shqipërisë, “Marrësi”, të përfaqësuar nga Ministria e Financave, e Fondit Shqiptar për Zhvillim, “Agjencia zbatuese e projektit”, dhe KfW Frankfurt am Main, “KfW” për masat shoqëruese për furnizimin me ujë të zonave rurale III, me një grant në shumën 1 500 000 euro, sipas tekstit bashkëlidhur këtij ligji dhe pjesëve përbërëse të tij.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
