Miratohet akti normativ, me fuqinë e ligjit, nr. 7, datë 1.10.2025, “Për disa ndryshime dhe shtesa
në ligjin nr. 8402, datë 10.9.1998, “Për kontrollin dhe disiplinimin e punimeve të ndërtimit”, të
ndryshuar.
Miratuar në datën 6.11.2025.
Shpallur me dekretin nr. 396, datë 25.11.2025, të Presidentit të Republikës së Shqipërisë,
Bajram Begaj.
