Në mbështetje të neneve 78 dhe 83, pika 1, të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të
Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Në ligjin nr. 7 918, datë 13.4.1995, “Për miratimin me ndryshime të dekretit nr. 1030, datë
23.2.1995, “Për emetimin dhe shpërndarjen e bonove të privatizimit (lekëve të privatizimit)” dhe
dekretit nr. 1049, datë 27.3.1995, “Për disa plotësime në dekretin nr. 1030, datë 2 3.2.1995””, të
ndryshuar, fjalia e fundit e nenit 3 ndryshohet si më poshtë:
“Afati i përdorimit të bonove dhe lekëve të privatizimit është deri më 31.12.2016.”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
