Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83, pika 1, dhe 121, pika 1, të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,

I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Ratifikohet marrëveshja e grantit ndërmjet Republikës së Shqipërisë dhe Bankës Europiane për Rindërtim dhe Zhvillim për investimin, nga llogaria EU/IPA e by-pass-it Vlorë, për by-pass-in e Vlorës, sipas tekstit bashkëlidhur këtij ligji dhe pjesëve përbërëse të tij.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
