Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83, pikat 1 e 2, dhe 155 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,

I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Miratimin e përjashtimeve nga taksat dhe të parashikimeve për heqjen dorë nga imuniteti i kushtëzuar, sipas marrëveshjes së garancisë, në lidhje me marrëveshjen e huas, për financimin e zbatimit të projektit për ndërtimin e rrjeteve numerike (digjitale) DVB-T2 të transmetuesit publik (RTSH), sipas marrëveshjes së garancisë, që i bashkëlidhet këtij ligji.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
