NR. 105/2014 “PËR BARNAT DHE SHËRBIMIN FARMACEUTIK”
Në mbështetje te neneve 78 dhe 83, pika 1, të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të
Ministrave,

I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Në ligjin nr. 105/2014 “Për barnat dhe shërbimin farmaceutik” bëhet ky ndryshim:
Neni 1
Në nenin 12, pika 2, shkronja “c” ndryshohet si më poshtë:
“c) barnat e prodhuara në vendet e Ballkanit, vetëm kur kanë marrë autorizim për tregtim dhe
që qarkullojnë në vendin e tyre.”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
