PËR RATIFIKIMIN E MARRËVESHJES SË KONSULENCËS NDËRMJET KËSHILLIT TË MINISTRAVE TË REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË DHE KORPORATËS FINANCIARE NDËRKOMBËTARE
Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83, pika 1, dhe 121 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,

I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Ratifikohet marrëveshja e konsulencës ndërmjet Këshillit të Ministrave të Republikës së Shqipërisë dhe Korporatës Financiare Ndërkombëtare, sipas tekstit bashkëlidhur këtij ligji.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.

Sot, më 18 gusht 2015: 1. Këshilli i Ministrave i Republikës së Shqipërisë (Klienti) nënshkruan këtë Marrëveshje; me 2. Korporatën Financiare Ndërkombëtare, një organizatë ndërkombëtare e themeluar në bazë të neneve të Marrëveshjes midis vendeve anëtare, duke përfshirë Republikën e Shqipërisë (IFC). Në këtë Marrëveshje termi “Palët” ndonjëherë përdoret për t’iu referuar bashkërisht IFC-së dhe Klientit dhe termi “Pala” ndonjëherë përdoret për t’iu referuar njërës prej tyre veçmas,
