Në mbështetje të nenit 101 të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Ministrisë së Financave,
Këshilli i Ministrave,
VENDOS I:
Në ligjin nr.8474, datë 14.4.1999 në seksionin XV në kapitullin 73 “Artikujt prej gizës
dhe çelikut”, tarifa doganore e kodeve 7311 0010, 7311 0091 dhe 7311 0099, ndryshohet nga 20
për qind në 5 për qind.
Ky aktnormativ hyn në fuqi menjëherë pas publikimit.
