Neni 1
Fjalia e parë, e nenit 11 të ligjit nr.8669, datë 26.10.2000 “Për regjistrimin e përgjithshëm
të popullsisë dhe të banesave”, të ndryshuar, shfuqizohet.
Neni 2
Ky akt normativ hyn në fuqi menjëherë dhe botohet në Fletoren Zyrtare.
