Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 81, pika 1, 83, pikat 1 e 2, dhe 121, pika 1, të Kushtetutës, me
propozim të Këshillit të Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Denoncohet marrëveshja e bashkëpunimit ndërmjet Këshillit të Ministrave të Republikës së
Shqipërisë dhe Fondacionit Hanns-Seidel të Republikës Federale të Gjermanisë, ratifikuar me ligjin
nr. 9781, datë 19.7.2007.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
Miratuar në datën 4.12.2025.
Shpallur me dekretin nr. 484, datë 17.12.2025, të Presidentit të Republikës së Shqipërisë,
Bajram Begaj.
