“PËR REZERVAT MATERIALE TË SHTETIT”
Në mbështetje të neneve 78 e 83, pika 1, të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të
Ministrave,
KUVENDI
I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Pika 1, e nenit 10, të ligjit nr. 9900, datë 10.4.2008, “Për rezervat materiale të shtetit”,
ndryshohet si më poshtë:
“1. Lëvrimi dhe shitja e mallrave rezervë të grupit A bëhet me urdhër të Kryeministrit, me
propozimin e ministrit.”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
