Në mbështetje të neneve 78 dhe 83, pika 1, të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të
Ministrave,

I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Neni 1
Miratohet kontrata e koncesionit/PPP ndërmjet Ministrisë së Infrastrukturës dhe Energjisë, si
autoriteti kontraktor,
si koncesionari, dhe shoqërisë “Bardh
konstruksion” sh.p.k., si shoqëria koncesionare, për projektimin, ndërtimin dhe mirëmbajtjen e
segmentit rrugor Milot–Balldren, sipas tekstit bashkëlidhur këtij ligji.
shoqërisë “ANK” sh.p.k.,
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
