PËR RATIFIKIMIN E MARRËVESHJES SË HUAS NDËRMJET REPUBLIKËS

SË SHQIPËRISË DHE BANKËS NDËRKOMBËTARE PËR RINDËRTIM DHE ZHVILLIM, PËR PROJEKTIN PËR LEHTËSIMIN E TREGTISË DHE TË TRANSPORTIT NË BALLKANIN PERËNDIMOR, ME QASJE PROGRAMATIKE ME SHUMË FAZA

Në mbështetje të neneve 78, 83, pika 1, dhe 121, të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të Ministrave,

KUVENDI

I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË

VENDOSI:

Neni 1

Ratifikohet marrëveshja e huas ndërmjet Republikës së Shqipërisë dhe Bankës Ndërkombëtare për Rindërtim dhe Zhvillim, për projektin për lehtësimin e tregtisë dhe të transportit në Ballkanin Perëndimor, me qasje programatike me shumë faza, sipas tekstit që i bashkëlidhet këtij ligji dhe është pjesë përbërëse e tij.

Neni 2

Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.

Miratuar në datën 19.9.2019.

Shpallur me dekretin nr.11294, datë 3.10.2019, të Presidentit të Presidentit të Republikës së Shqipërisë, Ilir Meta
