POPULLIT SHQIPTAR”, TË NDRYSHUAR
Në mbështetje të neneve 78 dhe 83, pika 1, të Kushtetutës, me propozimin e Këshillit të
Ministrave,

I REPUBLIKËS SË SHQIPËRISË
VENDOSI:
Në ligjin nr. 7874, datë 17.11.1994, “Për statusin e veteranit
të Luftës Antifashiste
Nacionalçlirimtare të popullit shqiptar”, të ndryshuar, bëhet shtesa e mëposhtme:
Neni 1
Në fund të nenit 7 shtohet paragrafi me këtë përmbajtje:
“Dita e veteranit të Luftës Antifashiste Nacionalçlirimtare të popullit shqiptar është data 20
korrik.”.
Neni 2
Ky ligj hyn në fuqi 15 ditë pas botimit në Fletoren Zyrtare.
Miratuar në datën 3.10.2019.
Shpallur me dekretin nr. 11317, datë 18.10.2019 të Presidentit të Republikës së
Shqipërisë, Ilir Meta
